consultation, double drape, release form clarify shampoo, wrap, cotton, process, test curl, rinse, towel blot, paper towel blot, air neutralize 5-10 minutes, cotton neutralize, drop rods, rinse, cut and style, 2 minute plan. Yep I still got it! It is actually really helpful when doing a REAL perm.
